Tomnay Noble's background is Executive Search and we have nearly 20 years experience in the Asian recruitment market. Executive Search involves pro-actively identifying candidates with very specific skills who may be interested in a potential opportunity. In order to do this in the fastest and most efficient way possible, Tomnay Noble has developed a highly sophisticated methodology which involves tracking markets, tracking organisations (including changes in internal structure) and tracking individuals. The key to this is research.

Tomnay Noble has a dedicated research division, headed by a Research Director. The division is continually monitoring key information in the markets in which we operate (Banking, Finance, Energy and IT) and also conducts specific research projects to help fulfil individual assignments.

When the research division works on a specific recruitment project, we present a full research report to the client, which we believe is a service no other recruitment company offers. This report is invaluable in helping make key recruitment decisions, control and align expectations, assess the correct remuneration package, secure the services of sought after individuals and, very importantly, in helping plan future recruitment campaigns.
